What bitcoin wallet should I use?

I have recently invested in a few stocks and etf’s for the first time in my life, and my portfolio is up about 40% since I was able to buy them in the March dip. I have since watched many youtube videos and read a lot of articles on how promising bitcoin can be and want to start buying bitcoin too. A friend of mine recommended coinbase. I just really want something with a high level of cyber security, easy enough to use, and have me owning the keys, as well as being able to access it through my phone. Any help is appreciated. Oh and I live in Canada

What Bitcoin wallet do you guys use?

Which is your favorite(s) bitcoin wallet and why? Are they all the same? I’m only wondering because I’m looking to hold a relatively large sum of money for me in a wallet and am just wondering if certain wallets are better or safer than others. As most you reading this probably know, I’m a huge noob with this stuff. Hopefully someone can shed some light and give me some input! If you’ve also got any other tips, anything at all, that you think is worth sharing with a fellow bitcoin noob, please do tell! Any feedback about anything at all is appreciated. Thank you all so much! Cheers :)

Could we do a simple poll of what bitcoin wallets do we use? I mean, someone can write his wallet to add it and the rest of us put an upvote or a downvote.. or could you link it to me if it already exists? Thank you!

What bitcoin wallet do you recommend?

Just got into bitcoin very recently and am told that I should not keep my coins in Coinbase? What is a recommended wallet to keep my coins?

Can I get some thoughts on Coinbase? I’m looking to buy some bitcoin with a few hundred dollars of my savings and trying to decide what bitcoin wallet to use. I don’t mind paying a small fee as long as I can conveniently buy, hold and later sell when I wanted. I’d really appreciate some good input.

What bitcoin wallet?

I've found that there are many Bitcoin wallets available, how do I know which one is the most reliable/best?
So far I have found the most popular from many sources.
  1. https://bitpay.com/ 2.https://www.binance.com/
What do you think?
Also the Bitcoin mining, it is not worth it to use personal pc for mining and also there is special mining pc's but they cost expensive, will it pay back in future?
Regards

I'm currently using bitpay on the android store and have £17.50 in bitcoins but it says that there would be insufficient funds to pay the transfer fee's as seen here . Are there any better wallets to use that don't charge such an absurd amount?
